What is the Damage Deposit and is it returned to me?The Damage Deposit is an amount (based on the rental item) that is collected two weeks before the event and held in the off chance the rental item is damaged during your event or when it is in your possession. As long as there isn’t any damage made to the item and the rental is in compliance with the agreed-upon contract, the deposit is returned a few days after the event!

How does focal point setup and delivery work?To initiate the focal point rental process, kindly fill out our event request form at _______________ and fill out our contact form in as much detail as possible. Upon receiving your details, we'll promptly provide you with our standard pricing information. After confirming your preferences, we'll present you with a quote for your approval through our online platform. Once the deposit is received, your event is officially scheduled. We'll coordinate the delivery of your focal point at a specified time and arrange for the breakdown afterward. With these details in place, you can relax.

How far do you travel?For local celebrations around St. Petersburg, we charge a travel fee of $0.75 per mile (calculated round trip). If your celebration takes us on a longer journey, we may need to arrange overnight accommodations and handle a few other travel details- but don't worry, we will smooth everything out during our first chat so there are no popups or surprises.

Indoor or Outdoor?We have a wide range for indoor use only. These cotton, polyester, or mixed fibre curtains are flame-retardant to international standards and will certainly stand the test of time when used indoors. Our flower and grass walls are available outside for an extra fee.

What is a backdrop?A backdrop refers to fire-retardant curtains hanging at the back of a stage production or set. It adds a scenic layer, whether all black or with add-ons for performances on stage to events, conferences, trade shows, community gatherings, and more!

What if we are not local and are located out of state?Nice! A destination setup! If you're not in the St Pete area, that is fine, we travel within the USA and internationally.

Do you deliver and set up the decor?Absolutely! Our team handles delivery, setup, and removal of all decor, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Do you deliver and pick up in the same day?Yes! We prefer this! You provide us with the time it needs to be set-up by and what time we can start taking it down and we’ll take care of the rest!

Can I pick up a backdrop?Unfortunately, no. As these backdrops are complex and for safety reasons, we only provide full service (delivery, set-up, and take down) for our focal point backdrops.

How far in advance should I book?We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for peak holiday seasons.
